PHASE is an online, interactive service that enables users to access core public health datasets for the West Midlands region. Data can be examined in map, chart and table format for the key administrative areas across the region (PCT, ward, SHA, LA). Information can be downloaded and printed, inserted into users own reports or a report can be written on the site and downloaded/printed.

It has been developed by the West Midlands Public Health Observatory.

Why register?

Internet Mapping for Public Health has the following objectives:

Encourage sharing of information by government organisations in the region thus avoiding duplication of effort and facilitating a more holistic policy response

Enable easy access to regional information for professionals and the general public

Identify relevant health and health related data for inclusion in the service

Establish a web site with an interactive mapping capability

Use technological developments to enable spatial querying of data
